Built by someone who lived the problem.
The origin story
After 15 years in B2B SaaS, I'd worked with dozens of startups. The same problem showed up at every single one.
Everyone's data was everywhere. Sales had insights in HubSpot, Fathom recordings, and Google Drive. Customer success was split across HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, and Wrike. Promises were being made in Slack conversations that nobody could find two weeks later. Decisions lived in meeting recordings that nobody rewatched.
Every team I worked with had the same frustration: the knowledge exists, but nobody can find it when they need it.
The accident
In early 2025, I started using AI to pull data from these scattered sources — not to build a product, just to get work done. I was generating ad copy and landing page messaging from recorded sales calls in Fathom. Synthesizing customer feedback from Intercom tickets. Pulling competitive intel from Slack threads.
One data source led to another. Pretty soon I had a central brain— a collection of markdown files that an AI could chew through to answer any question about a company's operations.
Then one of my clients' vendors saw what I was doing and was blown away. I had figured everyone was doing something like this already. Apparently not.
That was the moment. What started as folders of .md files became a vector database with embeddings. The markdown files became connected knowledge. The manual process became an AI that could search across every tool a company uses and return real answers with sources.
The beginnings of queri.
What we believe
Your team doesn't have a knowledge problem. They have a findability problem.
The best knowledge tool is the one nobody has to maintain.
Small teams get hit hardest by knowledge loss — and deserve the same tools the enterprise has.
AI should give you answers with sources, not 50 search results and "good luck."
